I always go to Lincoln if I can, it's very comfortable and everyone is very nice. I hardly have to wait for appointments or pharmacy refills.
Dr Chen is not only professional and listens to me, he also is thorough and willing to take the time needed to address my concerns and ailments. He, and all of the physicians I have seen at Kaiser are examples of what REAL healthcare is to me and should be to those stuck in non/for-profit systems tied to health insurance companies. If only Kaiser went nationwide the US average health would improve dramatically. (Oh my god, am I a communist now /s)
Quick and easy
I am very needle phobic. The lab tech did a wonderful job easing my nerves and quickly performing my lab work.
I love Dr Zhao. She listens carefully to me and always has good suggestions. I think she is a great doctor and I feel lucky to have her. I feel that she genuinely cares about my health and I always feel uplifted after talking to her.
