Since Kaiser has taken over I have had nothing but issues. I am about ready to leave the south hill location. I have gone to the south hill location since it was first built, as well as my son now. CMA took over and it was fine and now kaiser and now it’s awful I can’t even get through to anyone without going through 50 automated systems. My son needs an appt this week. I don't understand the low ratings!! I have been a patient for 3 years and I love this office, the staff and doctors. My doctor is Dr. David Ward and he is PHENOMENAL! He takes his time and LISTENS to all my concerns and isn't pushy. Again, no complaints from me, they are fast with test results, labs and my appointment is always on time, no waiting for the doctor for hours! Great place for the whole family!
