I love my Dr she makes me understand my needs and she understands my life and my body and takes time talking to me to help me understand 😌

It was very apparent that I was the last patient of the day. She was very rushed to get me out, did not care about my concerns, was visibly irritated when I'd ask questions and did nothing to help me. I have been in pain for weeks and was just sent on my way with nothing but some worthless print outs on how to do stretches. I rarely go to the doctor because it’s a waste of time and money every single time. Kaiser doesn’t care about people.
Wonderful service! Dr Phillips was nice, Linda, who drew my blood, was fantastic, and Jolie went out of her way to get me a lollipop, which always makes visits to the doctor more pleasant.
