They are sorely understaffed when it comes to individual therapists. 30 minute sessions every other week doesn't cut it.

If you're here for workers comp, have fun waiting forever, even if you have an appointment. Usually only one or two doctors here a day.
Getting a surgical appt was fast, but getting care when they was a postop complication was impossible. After 2 days of having our calls for help deflected, we're in the ED. PATIENT-CENTERED CARE?
Love the new facility especially the parking garage, it allows you more time to get to your appt vs old days when it was a hassle parking.
