Went to Kaiser Permanente labs to get my blood drawn. Surprisingly, there were not a lot of people there on a Thursday at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. There was one other person waiting there. When i got there and grabbed my ticket, my ticket was called right away. The percent who helped me was really kind and friendly and super professional. Explain the process and everything.
