Very caring staff I have had 4 surgeries, numerous outpatient procedures, and 2 ER visits at this hospital over the past 20 years. Every time I have found the staff to be friendly, caring and professional. The hospital is clean and well run, and has a good safety record. The insurance billing was prompt and accurate. (However, the prices are steep if you don't have insurance!!) Excellent patient care I've had the misfortune of having to go to the ER several times in the past year. San Ramon Regional gives the best and most efficient care in the Tri Valley. Their nurses and CNA's are the best part of the hospital "experience".
Semi Poor Experience These people writing all these great reviews about Northeast Baptist, I swear must of gotten lucky that day. See it depends with these people just how fast they want to work, and just how fast they want to take care of business. I am not sure what to say. Sometimes they know how to do their job correctly, other times they do not. People Saving Lives Kaiser is a center with doctors of all sorts...The ones I have the most experience with are the optomotrists which are eye doctors. They are all nice and funny and cool. Kaiser can make you wait for really long times, sometimes, but it's a pretty good place.
World's Best Surgeon Dr. Nguyen is the surgeon that did my lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy on 9/22/10. Two weeks later both incisions are almost healed and it's doubtful I'll have much of a scar on either site. I hope that I never need Dr. Nguyen's services again but if I ever need breast surgery again, I'm going to make sure he's the one to do it. His bedside manner was excellent and he knew exactly which breast he was working on. I had full confidence in him from the time I met him.
Not very good service I would never reccomend going to the emergency room in Kaiser to anyone. I mean, yes, they have really great service when it's for a normal checkup, but in the emergency room they keep people waiting forever!! There were people with crying babies who had serious pain and older patients who needed immediate care. When we complained they said it was due to "understaffing". But I don't get it. If they don't have enough staff, why do they keep signing people up for healthcare? I can't help but feeling reall... read more
Kaiser Permanente Health Care, Womens Health This facility for Kaiser is huge. The womens health department is located on the first level not far from the entrance. Check in is efficient and fast. The wait time for an on-time appointment is about 5-10 minutes. I found all of the staff to be very friendly. The physician was friendly. I got the feeling that appointments are timed and meant to be short. Patients may not see the same physician for all appointments unless they request to do so. KaIsEr!!! My old place to go when i needed shots or check-up...5 star because they can save lives. It is a pretty good place to go and the staff is pretty good...yeah. It is a pretty good place!
Good service They are reletively prompt on appointments. the wait int he waithing room for my is about 10-15 minutes the which isn't bad. THe only trouble at times is getting that appointment. they are not a large facility and don't offer a lot of appointment. So book early if you can.
