My wife came from the doctor and needed an x-ray. Mario at the front refused her because she did not have a $80 copay. She asked him if it could be billed. He raised his tone so everyone could hear him tell her to call financial services. Kaiser, I guess, now allows non medical personnel to determine based on your ability to pay copay s determine if you should get medical service. Is Kaiers 2025 motor "Raise rates and refuse service"
Phlebotomist at Station 1 is very gentle. The check-in process is fast.
