I had an excellent experience with Asia from customer care. She went above and beyond to assist me and demonstrated professionalism, patience, and kindness throughout our interaction. Even when placing me on hold, she acknowledged my time and returned with clear and accurate information. Her customer service was truly top-notch, and she is a great asset to the company.
As usual, I showed up 30 minutes early so no one was in a hurry and took time to be sure I hadn't forgotten something to review. I do appreciate being given options for treatment paths. Option 1 with path and consequences vs. Option 2 with path and consequences. I took Option 1. I like the Kent office as it has great parking and is always clean.
Couldn't talk about my health felt the appointment was too rushed
Worst doctors office I have ever been to. My neurologist has been requesting a test and I wasted so much of my time while they refuse to help. Also, don't go here if you need a specimen test because apparently their lab is unequipped.
I was. Giving 20 minutes to discuss what was wrong with me?She was a physician's assistant and not a Doctor she insisted I had a heart attack which I never had. I had asked for a referral to a gynecologist.She said she could not do that and I had to see my primary which I found out later.You don't even need a referral so she didn't even know what she was doing. Kaiser permanente is the worst insurance I ever had. I have hair loss and she didn't offer any advice.Whatsoever. this is typical of Kaiser Permanente.
