Stopped by Kahuku Kaiser to get my blood drawn today and the tech was the best He was super friendly, gentle, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. Mahalo!
The staff, especially the MA who checked me in were super friendly and nice. Also very knowledgeable. They got my immunizations updated, which I didn’t even know were due. Also got further testing scheduled that I didn’t realize I was due for. Dr Smith and his team are a tremendous asset to Kaiser patients on the North Shore. I am grateful for them!
I just started going here myself cause my new job covers it. My son also started going here. My first impression was great. The Doc was great, nurses, etc. But that dang person who draws blood😬my son had to draw blood and she had to retry the positioning of the needle a couple times which a four yr old and mom does not want. Also i got my blood drawn and i normally don’t bruise but this time i did. She had to reposition for me too. I’ve gotten my blood drawn heaps of time and never got bruised once.
