Why is it so hard to get an appointment at the Irwindale Medical Center?
Doctor Yo, an opthalmology preformed a minor surgery on my left eye and it cleared the fog up on my left eye. Wonderful doctor and a fine gentleman. Thank you, Mike Kelley
Staff was very helpful from the moment I walked through the door. They helped me check in quickly, got me checked into xray and my appointment quickly and communicated effectively with back office staff to make sure my visit ran smoothly. Podiatry nurses are so nice and very helpful. Nurse Vanessa was great and Dr. Kim was very efficient and caring. Overall my experience was the best I've ever had at any Kaiser outpatient department.
Came in for an outpatient surgery. Great experience and service all the way from check in to check out. Special thanks all the nurses and doctors who made a scary experience as relaxed as possible put me at ease put me at ease.
Check-in process was fast. I was taken in fairly quickly. Everybody I dealt with was kind & considerate, and Dr. Eng is awesome the best around.
