Dr. Yu was caring for my sister at Kaiser Irvine Hospital when she was transported over from Huntington Beach Emergency . She called me immediately after my sister arrived and wanted to know more about her medical history and her meds... She was patient and took her time to explain everything to me in such a caring way, unlike most doctors at Kaiser who are robotics in nature.
