The worst medical service. Five hours waiting amidst people complaining about pain—it feels like a national emergency. There aren’t even enough chairs to accommodate the demand. While the staff does what they can, it’s incredibly unfair for them to have to face the public on behalf of a greedy company that rakes in millions but can’t handle its demand with efficiency and quality. I deeply regret choosing Kaiser.
