I’m posting here because I’m tired of waiting on hold for hours on end. Dr. Wogbo was very kind and made sure I named all my concerns on the first visit. The system however is very flawed and it’s clear that the employees are overloaded and there are clear internal and external communication issues. It took me ages to track down an actual office number, so that I could track down my prescription, and when I did, the woman on the other line was completely exasperated from the start. The ease of making an appointment was wonderful. The Dr. was very professional, thorough and helpful.
The whole staff, doctors, nurses, desk help, pharmacists, are all so kind and fast! Their efficiency is amazing! I never feel rushed, but I never wait long if at all during visits! Same at Towne Lake where I’ve had tests and treatments! So it seems Kaiser-wide that they’re all great! I also love the easy check-in process and the app for my phone which has all my records!
