Overall, my experience at Kaiser was great! Cathy A Merritt was very friendly and professional. She was able to answer my questions of concern.
My appointment was at 9:00 AM. I got there on time with time to spear. I was prep and waiting for the doctor at 9:10 I sat there for 30 mins (9:40) when the doctor showed up I kid you not she was done in 15 mins. I was DONE. RME, rolling my eyes!!!!
Friendly staff
Very nice doctors office building, makes everything about you visit very convenient, doesn't have everything that the Southwood location has like MRI but has pharmacy so atleast after visit you do not have to go far to pick up your prescriptions, only problem that I have had with this location is with the pharmacy, I have noticed that a lot of the times they do not have medication in stock and will have to travel to the Southwood location.
Kaiser at Henry Towne Center has excellent service providers. Customer service is top notch!
