I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to Monea Sears, the manager at the Kaiser Permanente Henri facility. I have been trying to help my father navigate FMLA paperwork, disability documents, and appointment scheduling after a pinched nerve left him out of work in early August. Dealing with phone customer service had been an absolute nightmare, we were constantly getting the runaround during an already stressful time. Those signs in the middle of the pharmacy counter tops are absolutely ridiculous. It’s so inhospitable and unnecessary. The signs make it very uncomfortable to go in your purse or if you have paperwork. Who thought this was a good idea? They need to be removed.
I like to share a crisis me and my 91 yr old mom was in, she had a accident after her doctors appointment in the ladies room I shot to the pharmacy spoke to Kathy told her I needed help my mom was in the ladies room and needed help she immediately stopped what she was doing went to the nurses station on the other side and got gloves pampers napkins, we usually have the extras but that day we forget it I just would like to thank Kathy again I was able to can clean my mom up till I get her home good job Kathy first responders ... read more
