The staff and nurses are always there to help you with checking in. They are awesome! I will recommend them to anyone that inquire about the facility. Great place for your specialty needs.
The procedure was explained in great details every step of the way. The doctor took the time to express, listen and answer questions and made sure I understood and was comfortable during the procedure. Everyone involved was extremely pleasant and helpful. I had no phobias about any step. Thank you ALL. I am grateful 🙏🏽. I had a Thyroid biopsy done.
Kaiser should provide a shuttle service from the train station to it's facility or better yet transportation for its clients.
Dr. Ta and her staff were 5 Star as always. Efficient, professional, courteous, and supremely knowledgeable. I adore her bedside manner and Kaiser Permanente is lucky to have such an exceptional clinician!
I will never leave Kaiser they are truly the best in care
The staff at this location is very pleasant and efficient. In only one visit, I saw an ENT, had lab work done, and picked up a prescription. I didn't wait more than 2 or 3 minutes for each, and finished it all in an hour. This has certainly not been my typical experience at other locations. My ENT Dr. Hellstrom has an excellent bedside manner, took the time to make sure I understood the details, and answered all my questions. This should be the model for other locations!
Place in the care of an exceptional nurse at the Glennlake facility her name was Tasha Waldon. Unlike my other experiences with those who are in scheduling or in the referral department Tasha made me feel like I was the most important thing that walked into the office today her customer care her compassion was evident the glow in her eyes you could tell that she is very passionate about her work all I need to say is you need to market it sell it and let her train those who like the scale.
