This facility is always clean, fast and the staff is always friendly as well as helpful. Been with Kaiser for years now and this particular facility is always so wonderful and easy to come to.
Everyone from my check-in to exit on the day of my cataract surgery added to a great experience. I wasn’t nervous about getting the procedure, on both eyes, until that morning. The nurses, Dr. Bhardwaj (she has been so pleasant since we first met, this summer, concerning a plan for the cataracts), anesthesiologist, etc. did a wonderful job of repeating certain parts of information to make sure there was no gap of info from one person‘s role to the other. I've been with Kaiser for a couple of years now, and each experience keeps getting better. I just got through my second "surgical procedure" and the team at the Glenlake Center are some of the most professional, friendly, and caring people you'd ever meet.
