Dr. Jain was very nice, friendly, caring & professional as well as on time. Her nurse, Ruby, was the same & I appreciated that she offered the flu shot (which I barely felt). Very positive experience here & I look forward to returning in a year unless I notice any skin changes.

Wonderful experience here always! Dr Kim Chong and her staff and the front reception are all kind and thoughtful. They always answer all my questions and the doctor is incredibly thoughtful and treats you immediately. I highly recommend her in this facility.
I have been coming to Kaiser Permanente Glendale Orange Street Medical Offices pain management department since 2018 and highly recommend it to anyone seeking help with their pain issues.
