Horrifying. Don't be a victim of Kaiser Permanente. I just started going two months ago although I've been paying the past year and a half for insurance. I received a bill for almost $270.00 (after insurance kicked in $20.00) for a physical therapist at doctors referral. I was there under an hour and left with three exercises and a rubber band.
