The nurses or whoever picks up the phone calls here should be replaced immediately because how rude and disrespectful some of them talked . I was hung up multiple time asking simple questions and transferred without me between calls without letting me finish speaking and my family member who was admitted told us that the nurses were talking about a certain patient in a bad way and came in her room after a very long period of time. Not all the staff were like this just some from the ER department if i recall.
