I was so scared to get my blood drawn because I passed out last time. Joli was so sweet, I told him I was scared of needles and he immediately switched needles before getting started. He talked me through it and even wiped my sweaty nervous hand. I have never experienced this level of care and am so happy!
My experience at the urgent care today was awful. Me and my two children spent 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. We actually never got to see a doctor because after a while I had to leave to make it back home from my other children who will be coming home from school soon, I noticed people who got there after us were being called back before us. so unfortunately, I had to go to the pharmacy and just buy medicine that hopefully will help my son get rid of this cough
