God awful people and a god awful company. Only focused on profits - literally 0 focus on care.
I can't describe the feeling I have about Kaiser anymore, between disappointment and anger or discriminated and neglected, my daughter has over a year with the same problem and out of desperation we had to look other places for options, since they only said "It's a virus". Now we got refereed to Children's Hospital since it could be something much serious in her immune system . The facility is great and doctors are nice. The low star rating is because this facility is not a full service healthcare provider and doesn't do well serving our mountain community. If I had local healthcare plan I would have had an appointment scheduled and already visited with the doctor. Instead I have to wait 24 hours just to get on the calendar in a Denver clinic. They also cut corners and do not provide the level of care I have received with other medical plans I held in the past. The saga continues....I was fortunate... read more
