The ER visit me and my son had to experience today was sad, horrible and disappointing. The er was pretty empty. The nurses seems annoyed that we were there. My son has been having constant stomach pain and vomiting and they told us “that’s not good, make sure to keep your future appointment with your doctor and let him know your issues” and then sent us back to the waiting area until they were ready to give him nausea medicine. Dr and nurses give same advice to all patients… A pain pill and Tylenol or ibuprofen And follow up with your doctor!! Not concerned about your symptoms!!

Brought my 83 year old mom here after she had a fall at home. The staff were friendly and efficient. She unfortunately sustained a fracture, but was sent home in a splint and sling with follow up care with an orthopedist. Very happy with the care received.

Update- Kaiser replied to this review and told me to contact them via email. I emailed them everything they asked for and said they would contact me to get this figured out and I never heard anything from them in well over a working week. I’ve never had a good experience here. It all started when I had extreme abdominal pain, I drove the 1 1/2 hrs to Kaiser ER and they sent me home saying nothing was wrong with me and to take Ibuprofen.
