Be careful! Just another HMO, highly specialized in protecting their own interest ( and money). If you can afford some other insurance, do yourself a favor and save yourself trouble and money. Their marketing is oriented on attracting young and healthy people, little do they care about those who need more care and tests. An example how a good idea dies because of a few greedy people.

caring and through I had my first baby at Vallejo Kaiser, and all my prenatal visits as well. I saw many different doctors, and was happy with my total experience. They did a nice job of explaining things to me, the preperation classes were helpfull too. My pregnancy was officially 'high risk', but I never worried because everyone who cared for me was calm, and prepared, and made me comfortable.
I Love My Kaiser I love my Kaiser! All of my Doctors are attentive and caring. The online services are exceptional! I get advice, message my Doctors, order meds and review lab results all online. All of my experiences at Kaiser have been satisfactory from the labs to surgery.
Not a fan at all Not a very big fan of Kaiser or the HMO system. It takes so long to get in. There IS a wait and times you CAN'T see the doctor. You see a nurse. If you're healthy, fine. If you have chronic illness or in dire pain--- too bad! THAT is my and my family's experience.
World Class Medical I am a big fan of Kaiser. It is really structured and no fuss no muss. They have all their doctors and every department under on roof. You check in with you file see your doctor and check out at the cashiers. It is great when you do not get a millions bills from a million different doctors and labs. I can not say enough great things about these guys. Wonderful and professional. Just TOPS!
People Saving Lives Kaiser is a center with doctors of all sorts...The ones I have the most experience with are the optomotrists which are eye doctors. They are all nice and funny and cool. Kaiser can make you wait for really long times, sometimes, but it's a pretty good place.
World's Best Surgeon Dr. Nguyen is the surgeon that did my lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy on 9/22/10. Two weeks later both incisions are almost healed and it's doubtful I'll have much of a scar on either site. I hope that I never need Dr. Nguyen's services again but if I ever need breast surgery again, I'm going to make sure he's the one to do it. His bedside manner was excellent and he knew exactly which breast he was working on. I had full confidence in him from the time I met him.
