Dr.Dr. Louise Walsh is excellent. She really understands her patients and listens to them.
Don't bother trusting the hours posted on their website. I showed up at 5:30 PM with my son to get labs done, only to find the office already closed, despite the site clearly stating they are open until 6:30 PM. It is ridiculous that I’m expected to pull my child out of school early just to accommodate a staff that decides to pack up whenever they feel like it. Completely unprofessional and a massive waste of our time.
Chelsi is always wonderful! She’s efficient, helpful, offers excellent suggestions when an issue comes up.
