Dr Bansil is super knowledgeable, personable, caring, and has a warm and engaging sense of humor I want her to stay as my primary practitioner for my eye exams. Also, there was a wonderfully supportive team for check in, eyeglass choices, and checkout. Lance, in particular, is a stand out, but all of the staff are Rockstars.
Wonderful experience with all my providers. I found when I went to order my glasses today though, my insurance only covered $150. It was $250 last time I was at the eye Dr. I guess I need to go home and read the fine print on this years policy. It will probably piss me off to find what else they cheaped out on. You would think when you pay over $1000 a month for insurance (employer pays half) you would get something better.. I’ve been at this job 8 years. That’s 96 months at $1000 a month = $96,000. Clearly explained easily understood
Dr. Bansil is probably the nicest, most understanding, and thorough eye doctor I've ever met. I cannot recommend her more! The only complaint I have about the Silverdale eye care center is that the price of their glasses is twice as much as glasses from Costco - but this review is about the staff and doctor, and I cannot say enough good about their team! What I end up doing is getting my eyes checked at Kaiser, and taking my prescription to Costco for new glasses. This is at least the 4th time I've seen Dr. Bansil - and my r... read more
I was anxious about going to the pre surgery cataract appointment. The technician and the doctor made me feel very relaxed and less anxious. I would recommend them!
