Doctor visit
I am disappointed with the OB doctors at this location. After two emergency room visits, we were expecting a follow-up call, but unfortunately, no one reached out. The nurse triage escalated our complicated case to them, yet there was still no response. It feels as though the medical staff does not prioritize patient care. Without even having seen the doctor, we decided to cancel our appointment and choose another location. I am very dissatisfied with the service at Kaiser here and cannot recommend them.
