Very helpful. Prescription was at a different Kaiser location, my mistake, but they took the time to change and fill it for me there.
The staff at this pharmacy are kind and helpful. This pharmacy, however, makes it incredibly difficult to get a refill of certain medications, requiring patients to call repeatedly and/or use the circuitous automated navigation system (seemingly without an actual human destination, which is unfortunate if you're not able to get automatic refills). It's an unfortunate way to spend 30+ minutes each month.
