Another horrible experience at Kaiser …was in a car accident called the 5050 number spoke to an advice nurse. He assured me that he had put some notes in my case in the computer and advised me to go to urgent care ..that I would be seen above everybody else no need for an appointment, etc. that he would put in there that I had a severe injury to my left wrist, which was previously broken with a steel plate in it and told me I would be seen above everybody else no need for an appointment. I have had two knee replacements performed at Kaiser by Dr. Stephen Huffaker. Dr Huffaker is awesome. He is very skilled at what he does and shows genuine concern. He is easy to talk to about any concerns and/or feedback as it relates to the procedures he has performed. I am thankful he was my surgeon for two knee surgeries now!
I went to the Kaiser farmers market today and the tamales are so good and fresh. Probably one of the best tamales in the Bay Area. The sourdough bread is also a hit. Kaiser appointment on the third floor had nice staff and was quick to get in and out. A lot more efficient than the Martinez kaiser location.
