Great nurses and doctors! I had a wonderful experience during my treatment. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable before starting the procedure.
Katherina and her medical assistant were fantastic! I came in for Botox injections into my bladder, and Katherina clearly explained each step of the procedure and made sure all my questions were answered. There was no discomfort at all, and her calm, reassuring presence made the experience very comforting.
Dr Sinha was very thorough and thoughtful and made us very confident in her plan to treat my cancer.
Dr. Lee (urgent care)is a very intelligent and respectable Doctor. Not only was he able to tell me, but to scientifically breakdown what i was asking. He is a very capable person, who should have employers excited to have on staff.
At all phases of my care, the Kaiser staff, assisted me with preparation, my arrival, pre-op, the operation itself and post operative recovery. I was always in good hands . . .
