Had a Bone Density appointment and Blood Teat. Everything went like clock work! Very Happy!
I am extremely lucky to have a PCP with whom I have a great relationship. I trust Dr. Yee and have no doubt that he is proactive in looking out for my well being. I am aware that not everyone is as fortunate as I am in the doctors and clinics that Kaiser has connected me with. But I am very grateful.
Lab techs are very nice yet professional and don't hurt me with a perfect stick every time.
1. Chairman Tyson and Adams refused to refer Man's Humanity for Man proposal to White House that would save 500,000 innocent patient's lives at costs of $1.5T annually. 2. Kaiser does not have a patient or customer feedback system that would be reviewed by higher management. Patient Services is not useful. I was advised to contact them some time ago.
