Access to dental care is so limited at Kaiser. They don’t schedule 6 months in advance, so you are always behind with your cleanings. When they finally open up your ticket to schedule, there are no appointments available. You must check the app and/or call daily. They ask if you’d like to go to offices outside of your regular office, yet there will be no appointments there either. You can file a grievance with member services, which I have done twice.
