I am continually impressed by the efficiency of KP's administration. I usually don't have to wait at all. When my doctor orders tests, I am able to get them done right away without making a separate trip. My doctors have all been really good. I'm able to get referrals to specialists quickly when I need them. I'm very happy with the level of care I've received.
