The entire staff that does check in and what not goes on lunch at the exact same time so their will be an hour where no one is here to check you in, even when you have an appointment. This has been a problem several times and I just don’t understand why they can’t stagger their lunches like every other business in the world. Have half the staff take a lunch and then the other half, everyone being gone at the same time makes no since.
My Kaiser Dr. is brilliant! He thoroughly listens to me and quickly knows what needs to be done to help, giving a complete explanation of how it works. I don’t like going to the doctor, but am always glad to see Dr. Kordana .
