I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at the vaccination clinic in Davis. Sarai and Veronica, and everyone else were so incredible and patient as my 8 yr old had a full blown panic attack. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure that we weren’t rushed. Once I was finally able to calm my child down, Sarai sat and listened about dragons for 15 minutes to establish trust and make sure the my kiddo felt safe. My visit was to address a problem with my new pair of glasses. The staff, including Taylor, and Dr. Jackson were very attentive to help resolve the issue. I could tell they were using their knowledge and expertise to identify the problem and find a solution to help me get my new glasses to work properly. I truly appreciate their dedication and the effort they put into helping me.
