Waste of time and money to get a consultation. The KP online info says that the Auburn Ave location does fraxel and cool CO2 laser treatments. I wasn't sure which one I needed, I thought I wanted fraxel. But then I was told that I would need 4 fraxel treatments over next 4-6 months and could not spend more than 20 minutes in the sun over that entire time even w sunscreen. This seems ridiculous! The nurse I met w was unfriendly, and unclear w the info she provided. I asked about cool CO2, she said they don't do it at that loc... read more
