This place is great. Everytime I walk in I am greeted and seated almost immediately. I am currently do laser hair removal. Dr. LEE IS AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions...and I have a lot of questions. He always makes sure I am comfortable and asks how I am doing throughout the procedure. He let's me takes breaks if I need to. Dr. Lee has been my dermatologist for years and I would highly recommend him.
They have improved an incredible amount in the past couple of years. Today I came on time for an appointment to have some skin bumps removed. They ushered me immediately from the waiting room to the back procedure office. They injected the area with novacaine and gave me adequate time to have it take effect (about 15 minutes). I was relaxed on the cushioned procedure chair, and was able to meditate. In 15 minutes, Dr. Pham removed the bumps and even took care of two additional issues.
