Dr Chang goes above and beyond to make her patients comfortable when the procedure is painful. She listens carefully and is gentle to her patients. She has a lot of expertise and always provides helpful information when determining a solution from birth control, to preventative care. Dr Chang is best OBGYN I’ve had and knowing she really cares about all her patients makes all the difference.
Update: there is a noticeable change in services and relationships. My original feedback is still posted below and now I am posting an update . I think the issue was an isolated incident for not being able to get a second opinion from another specialist within the system. I had to find an outside kaiser specialist for second opinion. But my updated review is because of my primary Dr, and the staff members I have connected during last 7-8 months, they’ve been understanding and caring at all times. All the floors are open and large. It's Nice inside. Parking lot is to small for the building
Doctor is compassionate, respectful, and truly take the time to listen to my concerns. Every visit, he explains everything clearly and make sure I fully understand my diagnosis, treatment options and any steps before I leave. I never feel,rush, and I appreciate how patient and caring he and his staff are. The office is very well organized. Staff is courteous and professional. It is reassuring to receive such high-quality, respectful care. I am very grateful to have a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients.
