Your insurance is a joke. My kids can't even get a cleaning appointment for FOUR MONTHS OR MORE. Tell me why I pay so much for Medical and Dental coverage.
Had my teeth cleaned 5 days ago, the dental hygienist unglued my retainer on 1 spot and Kaiser does not take any responsibility even though I specifically asked her if the cleaning is going to affect my retainer. If she would've said i am not sure, can't guarantee, it would've been up to me to decide if I wanted to proceed or not. They are asking over $400 to repair a damage they caused.
