At my last appointment, my doctor listened. She took time to address my latest test results and ordered appropriate lab work. The results were shared within hours on kp site which supported my health concern.
Dr H Sung is my primary and I've been happy since i switched over. I came in with different aches and pains (chronic) and concerned because I was not able to have any relief and didnt want to take meds. He listened, he did a thorough physical exam regarding the symptoms I gave and did not just hand me a prescription. I’m really not the one to do this, but I’m very disappointed in the staff that my wife and baby went to in the pediatric center of this Kaiser doctor’s office. We always get a Little book for us to read to the baby, which we love this time we got one that said. ” Brown baby lullabies”. We are a Caucasian family, which by all means we’re not offended by it we took the book and we were fine with it. Worst experience staff is rude I don't know what's the whole point of having an appointment my appointment was at 11:10am It's already 1145 and I still waiting. This is ridiculous. They have no patients here. Staff is just laughing work area goofing off never again ignoring patients waiting so unprofessional and rude never returning here
