Great atmosphere, very professional and kind staff, excellent facilities
They cancelled my initial PCP appointment without calling or informing me in any way. I happened to find out by checking the Kaiser app and noticing the appointment was no longer available. When I called the appointment line to confirm, a representative told me the office "cancelled the appointment because the doctor wasn't in," and said "they tried to leave a message but the voicemail was full."
