Avoid if you don’t want to get lost in a maze of a hospital with little/no direction. It’s almost as if it’s designed to make service hard. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at Kaiser Permanente Capitol Hill. Having an appointment canceled the same day—with no real explanation and no alternative offered same day—is not just inconvenient, it’s completely inconsiderate. Many of us are moving things around at work, rearranging meetings, or taking time off entirely to be at these appointments.
