My PCP Natalie Coleman, MD is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Not only is she super mindful about patient care, but she is always clear, efficient, and knows her medicine and patients. Thank you for being one of the best doctor's I have worked with! I also always have such an easy time at the facility- from getting to the lab, to getting scans and referrals from her are without delay! Thank you to the staff, doctors, and nurses that make this possible.
Waited very long. And then doctors seem incompetent
I felt like the process here was very streamlined. I was able to checkin through the app and within minutes of entering the waiting room I was in an exam room. The clinic staff and providers were kind and patient. They answered all my questions and I felt no judgement. The lab was also super quick with no wait time.

I'm new to WA and today was my first visit to a Kaiser facility since choosing them for insurance coverage about a year ago. The pros: - Parking in the garage was easy albeita little pricey, but that seems standard for Seattle. - The lab on floor A is quick. I showed up with 14 people ahead of me and was seen within about 20-30 minutes.
