Great staff and lab tests person Bri being quick and good at what she does
Went in for bloodwork this morning. The receptionist was very pleasant. The vampire was excellent - friendly, cheerful and good at her job. Very good experience!
My doctor is awesome, the staff is amazing and Dr. Chou is really assisting with the pain I have been experiencing these last few months. He shows that he truly cares for and about his patients!
My experiences here are always pretty terrible. It looks like my last review was somehow deleted. So thanks to kaiser's substandard of care I have a new bad review! I tried to get a cancer screen in December. They wouldn't give an appointment until February. Over 2 weeks for the results. They need more tests run. I have to wait another month for an appointment. Early detection is supposedly key to success with treatment aka my life might depend on the speed that I get this testing done... and with kaiser they might let it ta... read more
