Had a great experience with Dr. Chou and the rest of the staff. Everyone was quick, efficient, and very good at what they do.
Doctor Chou and Micheal were very friendly and attentive. They answered all my questions with a solution to them as well
Never been to this location before until today. Front desk lady (not sure her name) treated me very passive aggressive (eye-rolling, getting smart with me when asking questions, etc.) it was like she was upset to interact with me…not sure it was racially motivated or not. I wasn’t doing anything odd just checking in like everyone else.. I maintained my composure and did not raise my voice with her but constantly got an attitude every time she replied to anything I said.
