I have been with Kaiser a total of 36 years. Recently my husband retired and my job did not offer Kaiser as an option. I decided to pay out of pocket because I receive excellent care. I’ve had the same doctor for 19 years and the same specialist for 12 years. The costs are reasonable and my copays and prescription are low. The new facilities are beautiful and state of the art. I love not having to go to an ER for treatment with Kaisers 24 hour Urgent Cares in the area.
Everyone at this place makes you feel like family! From the gentleman greeting you at the front door, offering help to check you in and going above and beyond to make sure you get all your needs taken care of! I feel blessed! I had questions regarding my billings and Mrs. Gannon answered all the questions I didnt even had lol! You all are the best!!
I have been with Kaiser for 15 years and they have been amazing. They cures breast cancer twice die me and now I have been cancer free 10 years. Alll my doctors communicate and are wonderful. Thank you for all the great years. I will always stay with Kaiser.
I have never had a bad experience with Kaiser Permanente. They have the best doctors who are very knowledgeable and dedicated.
Dr. Verma and her team are wonderful! Dr. Verma gave me my life back with giving me the correct diagnosis and medication. She follows up with you to make sure you’re okay. Her bedside manner puts you at ease so it’s easier to talk about difficult things. She’s just the best psychiatrist I’ve ever been to; I can’t recommend her enough!
Virtual visits with Kaiser Permanente's Behavioral Health department are extremely helpful. They have exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and they work together with you for setting realistic goals to improve your situations. The ease and comfort of virtual sessions is a definite bonus!
