Kaiser is extremely bad service. Do not recommend for anyone looking for a place to get medical service. That’s a joke about urgent care for Covid 19 patients. The staffs need do some work to help patients instead just pick up the phone and transfer to another, and another number transfer to another contact, and finally did not get help from anyone from Kaiser! Do not use Kaiser if you don’t want get trouble with your health care.
