The lady's in the office are amazing at what they do and they have a great amount of patience. Been going there for a while now and the place always has a positive impact on my day.
There are no prescribing staff. In a behavioral health center. KAISER PERMANENTE should be ASHAMED of themselves for managing funding so poorly. We need medicine and this failure was avoidable. It's been over 3 months without any prescribing staff. This is obscene. Don't forget: psychiatrists and therapists are literally disallowed from telling you ahead of time, or at all, that they will be removing you from their care team for any reason. I love the people here. The only issues I have had was a little shaky in keeping me consistently with one team, especially with the psychiatrists, but I understand that is kind of the nature of the field sometimes. But, everyone I have seen (at least all the women) have been very caring, supportive, and open to hearing me, and addressing my needs. I am very grateful for this group.
Great doctors and counselors. I'm loving the video calls during covid, so convenient.
Been going here for 3 years now. I came here in distress, needing quite the professional intervention. I was paired with a psychologist, a medications doctor and eventually was seen by a psychiatrist for formal diagnoses when I was ready. I am now in a group treatment as well as receiving normal sessions. I cannot express how grateful I am for the staff and the services this office has provided me.
