Nurses and doctors were attentive and supportive through an otherwise emotionally difficult diagnostic process. Their reassurance and kindness helped alleviate most of my worries. They were thorough with the mammogram and ultrasound. Than you! It makes such a positive difference for patients.
Joy made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything thoroughly before my procedure. Dr. Lim also made sure to talk me through everything as he was doing it and made sure I felt comfortable. The waiting room with the tea cart, waterfall & music *chef’s kiss*. Definitely made this anxiety inducing experience not so bad. Thank you all in this department for all that you do! It is truly appreciated <3
Mammogram apts are over booked and wait is too long in office. Everything runs late. No point coming early.
Best care of any kind of medical care in 40 years!
