Melissa at the laboratory threw away a full vial of my screaming, anemic 3 week’s old blood after I asked a question. She was too busy moving her hair out of her face to catch his blood. There ended up being 3 balls of gauze soaked in his blood, there was blood on his pants and blanket, and it still took 15 minutes to fill up one vial of blood. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experiences I’ve had with one of your Doctors, Dr Randy Angell, he not only took excellent care of my husband until he passed, but has also took Exceptional care of my son, who is disabled. He needs the highest praise you can give in his profession.
