I have been trying to get an appointment for months and they’re still always “full”. I don’t know if they actually have a psychiatry department because I’ve never been able to get an appointment. I’m paying for insurance yet they don’t offer any services. Instead, they refer me to third party providers that don’t have valid credentials.
Customer-centric mental health, my ass. Before I started seeing therapists outside of Kaiser (in Washington State), contracted with them, I could only be seen by social workers, which are not the same thing as bonafide therapists. And never could I be seen during a 5-year period, more than biweekly.
