It seems like reviews here are mixed for some outpatient clinic where you schedule appointment and inpatient clinic - a locked facility for psych patients. Same name, same address. My experience is with inpatient care and this 5-stars. The case managers are available, respond promptly, and very helpful. Staff there are all lovely. They stabilized my medication during a difficult time in my life and I got learn skills that helped me cope with the main reason I was there.
I personally haven’t had any of the problems that others are mentioning. I have been a patient twice and been treated with respect and kindness. I’m sorry for the ones who have had it bad. If it wasn’t for this Psychiatric Hospital I would not know where I would be. Thanks to the staff and doctors who saved my life.
If you are having a mental health crisis it needs to wait 2 plus weeks, it doesn't matter how your feeling now, or That your life is unbearable. And then Here's some medicine that may more may not help. Good luck.
