I checked in at 3:15 for my 3:30 appointment. I waited and waited. At 3:45 the receptionist noticed that I was still waiting so she told me she messaged Roberto and his reply was that he will be with me in 3 minutes. At 3:50 Roberto came to start my physical therapy appointment. Roberto’s not respecting my time is unacceptable.
