I love Kaiser! They are so proactive about preventative medicine; more on top of my health than I am. They understand it's cheaper and in their best interest to keep me healthy. I so appreciate that!
I am still in pain. I went to Dr Katherine Lai for help for chronic back and neck pain. She gave me a muscle relaxer and ordered physical therapy. I was hoping to get something to deal with all the pain I have, even if it was temporary. I need to go to work and don't have the opportunity to continue with her plan. I'm leaving Kaiser. Kaiser only cares about how they can spend less money and could care less about their patients. They have more horrible doctors than good ones.
I got my last appointment, I'll stay away from them. They're rude.
