Always a well organized facility with excellent medical staff
I now have had two very positive experiences in seeing Dr. Elder. While not my primary care physician was not available, Dr. Elder stepped in and did an outstanding job of dealing with my current issues in a most professional manner.
The provider was almost 30 minutes late to my appointment. Since I already had to wait 20 between the time I checked into my appointment and being called back into the office, this seemed excessive (almost a whole hour or waiting with two small children was NOT my idea of a good time). The provider gave me exercises stretches that had already been doing and didn’t recommend anything else. Seems like a waste of my time and money!
My wife Patricia saw Jessica, who was very informative, cordial, efficient and patient. She took time in showing her exercises that will help get her right knee back to 100 percent after kneecap surgery. She's very good.
Dr Panetta at Kaiser Permanente took good care of me today, she and her assistant did a thorough checkup on my eyes to see if I am a candidate for cataract surgery. It turns out I am, and she answered all of my questions and was very reassuring. Iv'e seen her before and she is always consistent and genuinely concerned for my welfare. All this along with a good sense of humor!
