I am currently in the exam room writing this feedback because I have still not been seen. I waited over an hour in the lobby before being brought back, and I have now been sitting in this room for at least 30 minutes without any update from staff. I came in because I am experiencing severe head pain and nausea and needed medical evaluation. While waiting, I could clearly hear staff conversations from the hallway because they were speaking loudly, which does not feel professional and raises concerns about patient privacy. Pharmacist Keith Williams and Michelle Pizzoli at the Kaiser Centerpoint location are very helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. Took my neighbor in for lab work. The technician, Tracy, went above and beyond to check that another test had been ordered. Then she checked that the sample already drawn could be shared for 2 tests. What a terrific, kind person!
